We step in to provide no cost legal defense and representation to our members though our network of Independent Program Attorneys. Our membership is designed to cover the wide- ranging risks of a highly politically divided country. We want to protect your rights to defend yourself and your way of life. Government, media and educational institutions have increased their attacks on freedom of speech, religion and our guaranteed constitutional rights. They can be very intimidating without the right support, defense and resources. Patriot Defender provides our members with all the protection they need to fight and stand up.

We provide no-cost defense by our network of Independent Program Attorneys for incidents of:

• • Self and Home Defense with a licensed firearm or legal weapon.
• • Loss of reputation of intimidation by the media.
• • Loss of business, income or property due to government persecution, discrimination or illegal intervention.
• • Discrimination or persecution by educational or athletic organizations
• • IRS Audits
• • Victim of crime by an illegal alien or undocumented migrant.

Patriot Defender will cover attorney and expert fees up to $250,000.

While Patriot Defender is designed to provide legal defense to our members we have the ability approve cost free involvement of certain civil suits and counter claims after a legal defense was provided.
